'well rested glow' 5 min. facial

For some strange reason the time change has really screwed with my system this week, on top of some exciting projects that keep waking me up in the middle of the night with ideas. The late nights and run around are showing up on my face, but I'm working it out with this little indulgence. You can refresh your complexion in less than 5 minutes, with a short list of products.

This effective, 3 product facial revives and renews; 
perfect for helping keep your "well rested glow" 
even when you're not...

3 minutes:
  • splash face with warm water
  •  pulse 1 T of organic oats in a clean coffee grinder, pour in your cupped palm
  • add to 3 pumps green tea & grapes creme cleanser and mix with clean finger tip
  • massage mixture in upward, circular motion on the neck and face
  •  rinse with warm water, pat dry with fresh towel

30 seconds:
    • spritz a generous amount of lavender rose toner on face & neck
    •  breathe deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth



1-1.5 minutes:
  • massage 1 dropper full of rose & grape serum into your neck and face, working from the neck up in gentle, circular motions. 
  • Concentrate on temples and target any fine line areas with a generous dose of product. 
  • Smile.
