Pumpkin Pie Facial
ingredients
2 T mashed pumpkin pulp (you can use canned pumpkin)1 T honey
2 T sour cream, plain or vanilla yogurt*
*for the sweet, pie like aroma, use the vanilla yogurt or add a few drops of pure vanilla extract to the plain yogurt or sour cream
*this is an easy one to make organic- all of the ingredients are readily available in organic form
directions
~Wash your face with a gentle cleanser like green tea & grapes creme cleanser
~Mash ingredients above together and apply to face and neck area
~Relax for 15-20 min
~Rinse off with warm water and towels
