what it does
an anti-aging seasonal spa treatment right in your own kitchen!
pumpkin is a member of the squash family, rich in many antioxidants like beta-carotine, zinc and natural alpha-hydroxy acids which can help reduce the signs of aging. Plus, pumpkin contains vitamins A & C- both great for a healthy complexion!

honey: this sweet treat helps attract dirt, oil and clean skin with breakouts. Bees release a glucose enzyme when creating honey that is a natural antiseptic and has antibacterial properties. When applied topically, it draws body fluids and nutrients to the area assisting in cell growth and scar prevention.

Cream and yogurt contain a naturally occurring alpha-hydroxy acid from lactic acid that exfoliates and renews the cellular surface of the skin

vanilla is known in aromatherapy to have comforting and relaxing effects and has a history of use in sensual/aphrodisiac blends.

  1. This facial cream seems to be good. How often can I apply this to my face? Every other day or weekly?
