Best tip is a relaxing bath and #1- a wonderful wind-down before bedtime combo. Peace and quiet helps too!

I destress 2 different ways. I either sit in a quiet place and meditate for 10-15 minutes or I grap a cup of chamomile tea and write in my journal or cuddle up to a good book.

Believe it or not, I actually do a quick cleaning of my room first (because a messy environment prevents any kind of relaxation), take a nice shower, then I light a favorite candle, rub a little dream balm on my forehead, and put on a favorite CD. That's my unwinding and de-stressing ritual. :)
ReplyDeleteTake a bath - or a nap :) both usually work for me :)
ReplyDeleteDuring the winter months - nice hot bath with a good book (or several). Also having candles lit is a must. During the summer months - a nice long walk or run to truly a delightful way to wind down the day.

My best de-stresser is a power walk! Even ten minutes calms my mind and helps me get refocused.
ReplyDeletemy best de-stress tip is hanging with my dog. There's nothing like unconditional puppy love to make your troubles vanish!
